All products are carefully crafted using natural, artisanal ingredients. 1.2 By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. 1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PURCHASES

2.1 All purchases are subject to availability. Due to the limited nature of our ingredients, we cannot guarantee stock at all times.

2.2 We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities or refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

2.4 Ruiia is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

3. PAYMENT & BILLING

3.1 We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Orders may be canceled if billing details cannot be verified.

3.3 Transactions are processed securely. Ruiia does not store full payment details.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

4.2 Shipping times may vary based on destination and external factors beyond Ruiia’s control.

4.3 International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.4 Ruiia is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5.1 How do I start a return? We’re sorry your Ruiia purchase didn’t meet your expectations. To start a return, send us a message from our contact page within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

5.2 Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition with the original packaging and any seals still intact.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
  • If there is any evidence that the outer product box has been opened, we will be unable to accept the return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded or accepted.

5.3 Please note: Only items purchased from www.ruiiakyoto.com can be returned. Items purchased from authorized retailers must be returned through them.

5.4 For Products that arrived damaged

  • We will offer you a replacement and refund you the cost of returning the product to us.

5.5 If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.

5.6 Ruiia reserves the right to offer replacements or refunds at our discretion.
